The Ultimate Hug Show

This show is not like other shows in that the Artists do not stand behind trading tables. Also a bear that you buy cannot be removed before 3.30pm.

The procedure for buying is:

1. Enter the show and decide on your bear.

2. Pick up the tent card relating to the bear. NOT the bear

3. Place an adopted card (red cards), which will be on the tables at various spots, in front of the bear.

4. Take the tent card to the desk at the front and pay.

5. The card will be stamped and handed back to you.

6. At 3.30pm present the card to the artist and collect your bear. 

If the bear is sold but you wish to order from the artist please talk to the artist directly and order with them. If the artist is not available at the show please talk to either the artist looking after the bears or Sandra.

Please be considerate and do not pick up the tent card until you are positive that is the bear you wish to buy. Don’t walk around with it for half an hour and then put it back down.
